Having an air conditioner in the cabinet will enable lessen the hotness and the amount of dust produced hence extending the life time of the equipment. There are ways to follow when wanting to install cooling fan assembly for a cupboard.

Most of the people opt to remove the doors of the cabinet. However, for the people who are more concerned how their room looks will look for the best option which is installing a ventilator by using a cabinet ventilator kit. There are steps which a person can follow when installing a ventilator which ensures electronic cabinet is chill and ensures the equipment can last longer.

The first step is ensuring that you have the materials needed. The most recommended type of the ventilator is the single or double controlled ones. The needed materials may include the leveling tools, jigsaw, drill measuring tape and the screw driver. You begin by marking the place where the ventilator will be placed.

You should know sit down and start looking for the perfect place where the ventilator will be fixed to ensure they work efficiently. At this phase is where one would have to be wise when thinking because most of the equipment may tend to be on the 1st shelf therefore the air conditioner will be placed parallel to that shelf.

The next step after figuring the place to place the air conditioner is to spot the central point using a scripting material. You can use the covering tape which came with the ventilator kit to make an outline. The ventilator unit should be placed into the center point using the tape. The leveling gears will ensure that the ventilator is placed in the required level. The tape is mainly used to protect the cabinet from being damaged.

The next phase is drilling the hole. A drill will be used in cutting the hole. The suggested size is the half inch bit. Two holes should be made in the contrary junctions of the rectangle which was drawn from the conditioner. The next step is using the saw to saw the marked lines. The drilled holes would be the perfect place to start the sawing. Use the cut square to measure if the ventilator kit will be able to fit in.

The next step involves bringing together all the ventilator parts and start to installing it according to the required procedure. The manual which came with the ventilator kit is of great importance in giving you the guidance because different air conditioners have different procedure in installation. Ensure all the materials are well placed on the mounting plate. After that the entire unit can now be placed in the hole.

The last step will be using the drill to drill four holes at the corners of the mounting plate. The holes should be shallow. The holes are for injecting of screws. The screw can be inserted by use of a screw driver to the drilled holes. All the process will be now complete.
