This thus forms a need to always have the employees motivated to ensure that the company runs smoothly and receives higher profits. With proper motivation, the workers are able to offer high level performance for their employers which increases the amount of profits for the firm. Assessing the level of motivation of the employees is thus essential for the firm and its performance.
