CDL licensees are subjected to a special test supervised by the state but administered at the facility. The technical nature of the test demands that your training be standardized and systematic. Most employers will test their drivers before allowing them to take up certain positions. Your chances of employment are greatly reduced if you did not learn properly. It is also risky for you to be on the road with half backed skills.

The fees for CDL training depend on individual school. The average you can expect to pay is 160 dollar per hour or 300 for a two hour session.
